Framework Contract for Stationery, Equipment, Furniture, Garden Items and Printing 2026-27

The Deputy Commissioner Office Abbottabad invites electronic bids through the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/) for a framework contract covering the purchase of stationery, machinery and equipment, furniture and fixtures, garden items, accommodation and refreshment for VVIP visits, routine items, and printing services for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014 and comprises seven separate packages designated A through G. Bidders may submit bids for any or all packages but must submit separate bids for each package selected, with complete quotations for all items within the chosen packages. This is a framework contract for the provincial government in Abbottabad, KPK.

Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue on the active taxpayer list, registered on the EPADS platform, and not blacklisted by any client or KPPRA. Firms and suppliers are required to submit copies of their CNIC, NTN or Active Taxpayer Certificate, and an affidavit or certificate confirming they are not blacklisted. Bid security must be furnished separately for each package at the rate of 2 percent of the estimated package value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt made payable to the Deputy Commissioner Abbottabad. The bid security amounts range from Rs. 22,000 for Package D (Garden Items) to Rs. 7,380,000 for Package B (Plant and Machinery).

Bids must be submitted electronically through the EPADS portal before the closing date and time of 18 August 2026 at 10:00 AM. All bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM by the Procurement Committee at the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner General, Abbottabad. Bidders must quote rates inclusive of all government taxes, transportation charges, and other applicable costs.
