Description / Scope of Work
Riot Management Police, Hqrs, Punjab, Lahore invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for the 1st quarter of financial year 2026-27 covering four heads of account: Stationery (estimated PKR 650,000), Cost of Other Store (PKR 500,000), Computer Stationery (PKR 525,000), and Others (PKR 1,125,000), with a combined estimated value of PKR 2.8 million. The procurement is conducted on a whole basis and head-wise basis under PPRA Rules 2014. Bidders may participate in single or multiple heads separately, with bids to be submitted online before 11:00 AM on 28 September 2026 at the office located in Harbans Pura, Lahore, Punjab.
Bidders must be well-reputed, financially sound firms duly registered with relevant authorities including income tax, sales tax, and professional tax where applicable, with demonstrated previous experience in supplying similar items. Bid security equivalent to 3 percent of the estimated price for each head must be submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System via Bank of Punjab before the closing date. Original affidavits in hard copy and scanned uploads are mandatory. Upon contract award, successful bidders shall furnish a performance guarantee of 5 percent of total contract value.
Bidding documents are available free of cost from PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab e-Procurement System portal at http://ep.Punjab.gov.pk. Technical proposals will be opened on 28 September 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or authorized representatives, with financial proposals opened thereafter following technical evaluation. All rates must be quoted inclusive of taxes and remain valid until 31 October 2026. Bidders must submit income/sales tax registration certificates, technical samples, and brochures as required.
