Description / Scope of Work
Khyber Medical College, Peshawar invites electronic bids through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) for procurement of six categories of supplies and equipment during the financial year 2026-27. The tenders cover electrical items, sanitary and hardware items, housekeeping items, stationery and printing items, chemicals/kits and disposable items, and IT equipment and computer accessories. All procurement will be conducted as single-stage single-envelope bidding using EPADS platform. The scope spans routine operational supplies required by the medical college located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, with bid securities ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 200,000 depending on the tender category.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue for income tax and sales tax, reflected on the Active Tax Payer list, and registered with EPADS. Bidders are required to submit scan copies of all bids and supporting documents on EPADS by the closing date, and must also submit original bid security documentation from a scheduled bank of Pakistan to the Assistant Manager Procurement at the college office in hard copy format. Registration with KPRA is mandatory wherever applicable. Bids accompanied by pay orders will be rejected. Only bids received through EPADS will be accepted; submissions by hand, post, courier, email or fax are not permitted.
Complete bid solicitation documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk after publication until the submission deadline. Electronic bids must be uploaded on or before 21-08-2026 at 11:00 AM PST, with original bid security reaching the college office by the same date and time. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:30 AM PST. Procurement will follow all applicable acts and rules of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
