Description / Scope of Work
The College of Physicians & Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) invites sealed bids from reputable companies for the supply and installation of a 300 KVA Generator at CPSP Regional Centre, Lahore. This procurement encompasses the complete supply, delivery, and commissioning of the genset equipment to support the institution's operations in Punjab. The contract is valued at 2,500 Pakistani rupees for tender document acquisition and is open to all eligible manufacturers and authorised distributors meeting CPSP's technical and commercial specifications.
Interested bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and capable of supplying industrial-grade electrical equipment. Bidders are required to provide separate sealed bids for technical and financial components. Tender documents are available for purchase at a non-refundable cost of Rs 2,500 from three CPSP offices: the Purchase Department at Headquarters in Karachi (7th Central Street, Phase-II, D.H.A), the Operation Department at the Regional Centre near INMOL Hospital in New Muslim Town, Lahore, or the Regional Centre office on Ravi Road in Islamabad.
Both technical and financial sealed bids must reach the CPSP Secretary by 18 August 2026 at 10:45 AM, with tender opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day in the presence of bidders. The management of CPSP reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as permitted by law.
