Description / Scope of Work
The Medical Wing PR (Med Wing) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the bulk purchase of medicines and laboratory kits and items for the financial year 2026-27. This is a national procurement of goods valued under reserved funds, conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement is based in Lahore, Punjab, and utilizes a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique for evaluation and award.
All bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents or a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Eligible bidders must meet financial capacity and net worth evaluation criteria, and possess relevant registrations and licenses as per procurement regulations.
