For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NTC is sourcing IP PBX and SIP telephony equipment for a government digital authority, suggesting a medium-to-large scale deployment. The tender uses EPADS e-bidding with a tight 21-day window from publication to closing. Bidders must be registered on the national e-procurement portal and submit bid security (form flexible—cash, guarantee or declaration). The goods procurement includes related services and installation. This appears to be a straightforward equipment supply contract; no recurring or framework language is evident, indicating a one-time procurement.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The notice does not specify PEC category, sector registration (SECP/NTN) or turnover thresholds. Typically, suppliers of IT and telecommunications equipment must hold valid NTN and be registered with relevant regulatory authorities; pre-qualification or previous supply experience may be required per evaluation criteria.
