For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

University of Baltistan seeks stationery supplies—consumables supporting institutional operations in a remote GB location.

Scale appears small-to-medium based on university consumption patterns. Procurement via EPADS v2.0 only; no manual bids accepted. Tight 7-month lead (notice to August 2026) suggests planning for FY2026-27 baseline restocking rather than emergency. Single-stage, least-cost selection indicates price competition will dominate; quality thresholds likely standardized. Recurring nature probable given annual university supply cycles.

Who can bid: Bidders must register on EPADS v2.0 and hold NTN/business registration (typically required for stationery suppliers in Pakistan). Specific PEC category not stated. Bid security (call deposit or declaration) required per PPR 2004. No explicit bar on entity type; typically private companies, sole proprietors, and registered traders eligible.
