Pakistan Forest Institute (PFI), Peshawar invites sealed bids from security companies and firms duly registered with the Home Department for provision of eleven security guards for a period of one year. The contract involves deployment of experienced armed security personnel at the institute's premises in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. The base minimum rate of wages per security guard is fixed at Rs. 40,000 per month, with bidders required to quote allied expenses including applicable taxes. The successful bidder will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of PFI assets, vehicles, and visitors throughout the contract duration.
Eligible bidders must be security companies registered with the Home Department and relevant authorities. Mandatory requirements include submission of copies of CNIC, service cards, police clearance certificates, and security training certificates for all proposed guards. Bidders must submit an affidavit on judicial stamp paper confirming no blacklisting by any government or semi-government organization. Bid security of two percent of quoted price must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favour of the Executive Officer. The successful bidder must additionally submit a performance guarantee of ten percent of the bid amount within seven days of award. All quoted rates must be inclusive of applicable government duties and taxes.
Sealed tenders marked "Quotation Provision of Security Guards" must reach the office of the Executive Officer, Pakistan Forest Institute, Peshawar by August 18, 2026 at 2:00 pm. Technical proposals will be opened on the same date at 2:30 pm in the presence of tenderers or representatives. Financial proposals of only technically qualified bids will be opened subsequently. Bidders are also required to submit bids online via the E-PADA Portal alongside physical submission. Additional tender details are available from the Executive Officer's office during office hours. All applicable provisions of KPPRA Rules 2014 and KPDFP Rules 2018 shall govern the tender process.
