Description / Scope of Work
The National Institute of Folk & Traditional Heritage (Lok Virsa), located in Islamabad Capital Territory, invites bids for the hiring of security services through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0). This is a non-consultancy services procurement conducted under a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The contract covers security services provision for the institute's operations in Islamabad, with funds reserved from the FY 2026-27 budget. Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate in this open competitive bidding process.
Bidders are required to submit a Bid Security in the form specified in the bidding document or provide a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format. All submissions must comply with the detailed terms, conditions, specifications and requirements outlined in the e-Bidding documents available on the EPADS portal. Bidders must demonstrate eligibility and meet the evaluation criteria set forth in the procurement notice to be considered for contract award.
E-bids prepared in accordance with the bidding documents must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Wednesday, September 30, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual bid submissions will not be entertained.
