PCC Streets, Roads & Sewerage Works by TMA Baffa Pakhal, KPK

Tehsil Municipal Administration Baffa Pakhal invites sealed tenders for construction of Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) streets, roads, protective walls and sewerage lines across multiple union councils in Baffa Pakhal, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The tender comprises 42 schemes under ASDI 2025-26 with total estimated cost of approximately Rs 60 million, covering infrastructure development in Trangri Sabir Shah, Hamsherian, Malik Pure, and Bherkund localities. An additional scheme for construction of Old Beef Market in Baffa Bazar valued at Rs 3 million is included under Local Fund 2026-27. Tender reference is PK-38 with submission deadline of 31 August 2026.

Eligible bidders must be fresh registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC), fresh enlisted with Local Council Board Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and freshly registered with KPPRA Authority for the current financial year. Mandatory requirements include active NTN/Income Tax certificate, valid PEC License, CNIC copy, and fresh KPPRA Registration. Bid security is 2 percent of Engineer's Estimate for bids up to 10 percent below estimate. Bidders quoting 10-20 percent below must provide 8 percent additional security; those exceeding 20 percent below must submit detailed rate analysis and security equal to the differential amount. Bid security shall be in the form of call deposit receipt in favour of the TMO, TMA Baffa Pakhal.

Bidding documents including tender forms are downloadable from the official ePADS website at https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk/. Scanned copies of tender forms must be uploaded through ePADS by 12:30 PM on 31 August 2026. Original tender forms with bid securities and rate analysis must be delivered to the office of Tehsil Officer (Infrastructure), TMA Baffa Pakhal by the same closing time via courier. Electronic bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on 31 August 2026. Bid validity period is 180 days. All material testing shall be performed by the contractor at their cost. Contractors or their representatives may attend the electronic bid opening.
