The Crime Control Department, Regional Office Faisalabad invites electronic bids through the Punjab e-Procurement System for a comprehensive framework procurement contract covering the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement encompasses eight distinct lots with a total estimated value of 54.5 million rupees, including stationery and computer supplies, printing and publication items, miscellaneous store items and dietary materials, plant and machinery with IT equipment, furniture and fixtures, spare parts and vehicle maintenance, repair and maintenance of machinery and equipment, and civil works for office and residential buildings across the Faisalabad region. The framework contract will establish approved vendors for ongoing supply and service requirements throughout the fiscal year.

Eligible bidders include registered firms, manufacturers, authorized dealers and suppliers registered with relevant tax authorities in Pakistan. Bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to three percent of the estimated cost for each lot, provided as certified demand draft, pay order or bank guarantee from a scheduled Pakistani bank. Successful bidders will be required to furnish performance guarantees at three percent of the contract price, refundable upon satisfactory completion.

Bidders must download bidding documents from https://ep.punjab.gov.pk before the closing date of 20 August 2026 at 11:00 am. Bids submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System will be opened on the same date at 12:00 pm at the Regional Officer's office in Faisalabad.
