For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
Valuation firms must supply professional assessment services for TDAP's real estate portfolio under a non-consultancy services contract. This is a straightforward bid-based engagement on LCBS with extremely tight closure (five days from publication) requiring rapid ePADS registration and document assembly. No framework or recurring mention suggests a one-off or limited-term assignment. Valuation experience and PEC/professional registration will likely be decisive evaluation factors; cost compliance is critical under LCBS methodology.
Who can bid: Bidders must register on ePADS v2.0 before submission. Typically, valuation firms must hold current recognition from relevant professional bodies (such as ICAP or equivalent valuation authority), maintain NTN/sales tax registration, and provide evidence of past valuation projects. The notice does not explicitly state minimum turnover, experience years or geographic scope restrictions.
