For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
PNRA seeks ACs and refrigerator supply through ePADS e-tendering. Single-stage competitive procurement using least-cost selection suggests straightforward specification-based competition without multi-phase evaluation. Closing deadline is tight (August 20, 2026). Bidders must be ePADS-registered and provide bid security. Scope appears small to medium, likely one-off equipment purchase for federal office use rather than recurring framework. Registration and compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2004 are mandatory.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0. The notice does not specify PEC category, SECP registration or NTN requirements explicitly; typically, suppliers of goods in Pakistan are required to hold valid NTN, be registered with relevant trade bodies, and comply with regulatory standards for equipment safety and quality certification.
