Description / Scope of Work
The Cooperative Model Town Society, Lahore (1962) Ltd invites sealed bids for the procurement and installation of floor standing cabinet air conditioning units rated at 4 tons capacity for the reception building of Model Town Club in Lahore, Punjab. This tender is issued under single stage single envelope bidding procedure and is open to contracting firms maintaining valid enlistment with Model Town Society. The project scope encompasses supply, installation and commissioning of the specified air conditioning equipment to ensure proper climate control in the reception facility.
Eligible bidders must hold current registration and valid enlistment status with The Cooperative Model Town Society. Bidders are required to submit complete and detailed tender documents without ambiguity or omissions. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and proposals at any point prior to formal acceptance, and late submissions will not be considered under any circumstances.
Detailed tender documents are available from the office of the Civil Engineer at Model Town Society during standard working hours upon submission of a written request. Sealed bids must be delivered before 1:00 PM on 6 October 2026 to the address specified by the procuring agency. Bids will be opened one hour after the submission deadline on the same day by the Evaluation Committee in the presence of authorized bidder representatives who wish to attend. Clarifications regarding the tender may be sought from the Civil Engineer's office during regular business hours.
