Description / Scope of Work
Comsats University Islamabad (Sahiwal Campus) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of chemicals for laboratory use at its Sahiwal campus. This procurement is planned under the FY 2026-27 budget with reserved funds allocated for this purpose. The procurement will follow a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process using the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The scope includes supply of various laboratory chemicals required for institutional operations at the Sahiwal campus location in Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) platform to participate in this procurement. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or alternatively by submitting a bid securing declaration in the format specified in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to comply with all terms and conditions outlined in the Standard Bidding Document and provide requisite documentation as per procurement rules and regulations.
Bid documents are available on the EPADS portal at https://epads.gov.pk/opportunities/federal/procurements/122860 for all registered bidders. E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 5, 2026 at 11:30 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM.
