The Airports Security Force (ASF), headquartered at ASF HQ South Secretariat Karachi, invites bids for repair and maintenance services of office buildings, residential machinery, equipment, and ancillary items at its Sindh facilities. The scope encompasses comprehensive maintenance of air conditioning systems, electrical installations, water supply systems, sanitation facilities, carpentry and woodwork, plumbing, door and window repairs, painting and ceiling fans, filtration plant operations, walk-through gates, screening machines, furniture and fixtures including wooden office chairs, cushion chairs, wooden and steel tables, dining tables, steel almirah cabinets, sofas, and miscellaneous items. The contract also covers repair and maintenance of government vehicles, air conditioning units, purchase of janitorial supplies, furniture items, crockery, periodical books, water containers, and transportation charges for the financial year 2026-27. Applications must be submitted electronically through the PPRA EPADS web portal at http://eprocare.gov.pk before the prescribed closing date and time. Bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department holding valid NTN, SST, and GST registrations or possess an active Taxpayers List of FBR. All prospective bidders should immediately obtain the Pre-Qualification Documents from the mentioned office and submit bids in sealed envelopes as per requirements. The bids shall be opened on the same day at the given time.
