Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites bids for civil works construction and installation of deep well ground bed on the transmission pipeline network at Bagal CPS in Jamshoro District, Sindh. The project is part of planned procurement for FY 2026-27 with funding reserved under reference P94990. Work scope, quantities and specifications are detailed in the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) provided in the bidding documents. This is a Single Stage-One Envelope procurement using open competitive bidding with least cost-based selection technique, conducted in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, bank guarantee or bid securing declaration on the prescribed format. Prospective bidders should verify specific eligibility criteria and license requirements detailed in the bidding document, including any relevant engineering registrations or certifications required for civil works contractors.
