For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
NUST is procuring routine maintenance consumables (plumbing, electrical, hardware, paint) for hostel operations at its Islamabad campus via e-procurement. This appears to be recurring annual procurement of standard maintenance items. The bidder must be PPRA-registered for e-PADS participation. Scale appears medium based on multi-category scope. Tender uses electronic single-stage bidding with same-day opening, indicating streamlined process for commodity-type supplies rather than complex works.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with PPRA for e-procurement on the e-PADS platform. Suppliers must be financially sound and technically competent as determined by NUST. The notice does not specify NTN, SECP, or PEC registration; however, typically vendors supplying to government organisations are required to hold valid NTN and business registration.
