Khyber Teaching Hospital Medical Teaching Institution, Peshawar, is issuing a request for quotation for the supply of cooling fans for anesthesia equipment under rule 10(b) of the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement of Goods, Works and Services Rules 2014. The hospital requires two units of Cooling Fan 12V DC specifically designed for Anesthesia Machine Mindray A5, to be supplied to the Anesthesia Department. This is a straightforward goods procurement intended to support critical medical equipment maintenance and operational requirements. Interested vendors are instructed to submit quotations bearing a quotation number and date on their official letterhead, incorporating economical rates with all applicable taxes included.
Bidders must be registered on ePADS (Electronic Procurement and Auction System) to participate in this procurement process. Quotations that are deficient or submitted after the closing deadline will be rejected automatically. The hospital will evaluate bids based on the completeness of submission and the rates offered, with preference for economical pricing while maintaining quality standards.
