Vegetable Research Institute seeks three fertilizer items via e-procurement: DAP, SOP, and peat moss/compost in modest quantities. This is a straightforward supplies contract for an agricultural research institution with small to medium scale procurement values. Bidders must be tax-registered and able to meet quality testing at delivery. The tight submission deadline (20 August 2026) and mandatory e-procurement platform use require upfront familiarity with Punjab's digital procurement system. No framework or recurring element is indicated; this appears to be a one-off seasonal purchase.
Who can bid: Eligible bidders must be manufacturing firms, authorized distributors, or dealers registered for both income tax and sales tax in Pakistan. Typically, firms should have active NTN and relevant FBR registration. Bidders must provide an affidavit confirming no involvement in litigation or blacklisting. Authorized distributors of recognized fertilizer manufacturers may bid on behalf of the manufacturer.
