Air Conditioners, Plastic Pallets, Deep Freezers and Dehumidifiers Procurement by PESSI

The Punjab Employees Social Security Institution (PESSI), through its Central Medical Store Depot (CMSD) in Lahore, invites tenders for the procurement of four categories of equipment and materials for the financial year 2026-27. The scope includes six 4-ton cabinet type floor-mounted air conditioners (estimated unit price Rs. 585,000), 250 blue prime plastic pallets 1200mm x 1000mm x 150mm (Rs. 10,325 each), 25 new double door deep freezers for storage of fridge issues (Rs. 133,500 each), and six 25-litre dehumidifiers (Rs. 120,000 each). The total estimated procurement value is approximately Rs. 10.1 million. This is a framework contract through the Punjab e-Procurement System, and bidders must be registered with Sales Tax, Income Tax and Punjab Revenue Authority.
