The Regional Directorate Anti Narcotics Force Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed competitive bids for repair and maintenance services covering all types of vehicles including light commercial vehicles and heavy commercial vehicles for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive vehicle servicing, engine work, denting, painting, air conditioning services, provision of spare parts including tyres and tubes, batteries, repair and maintenance of motorcycles, and sale of lubricating oils. The tender is open to qualified firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments with valid registration numbers and supporting documentary evidence. Bidders must be established at Peshawar and staffed with experienced mechanics, technicians and workers supervised by a relatively higher qualified and experienced person leading the mechanical team.
Eligible firms must possess modern gadgetry systems and equipment for maintenance and repairs of all vehicle models and makes, provision for preventive and routine maintenance including all checks, and readily available spare parts on request. All spare parts must be brand new in original manufacturer packaging with supplier certification of genuine quality. Each prequalified firm's performance will be closely monitored and periodically reviewed during the contractual period regarding quality, delivery, after-sales services, credit terms and contractual obligations. Firms must agree to respond and execute work within one hour of verbal or telephonic call followed by written work order and sign an agreement with the authority to follow all terms and conditions.
Bid documents should be submitted in sealed envelopes as specified in the tender. Hard copies must be clearly marked as requested. Firms meeting pre-qualification stage and tender conditions will be bound by the terms and conditions. The contract will be awarded to qualified bidders meeting all technical and financial criteria.
