Gilgit-Baltistan Emergency Services (Rescue 1122) District Office Hunza invites sealed bids from well-reputed government-registered firms for three distinct procurements under reference No Rescue-HNZ-Tender-01/2026-27/01. The first tender covers repair and maintenance work of emergency and administrative vehicles and their fabricated equipment under sub head A13001. The second covers supply of drugs, medicines and related items under sub head A03927. The third covers supply and refilling of gases, oxygen cylinders, dry chemical powder (DCP) and CO2 under the same sub head. All work falls under the supervision of the Deputy Director GB Emergency Services Rescue 1122 and is located in Hunza district. The procurement follows the Single stage-One envelope procedure as per GBPPRA rule 2022 clause 39(a).
Bidders must be government-registered firms with relevant experience in their respective fields. Applicant firms must possess their own workshop and spare parts shop for transport equipment repairs, an established medical store for drugs and medicines supplies, or a licensed refilling shop for gases and cylinders in Hunza district. Each tender category requires submission of a bid security: Rs. 90,000 for repair and maintenance work, and Rs. 30,000 each for drugs and medicines and gases respectively. All bids must be accompanied by the prescribed treasury challan (T.R.6) evidencing payment of the non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 4,000 to the GB consolidated fund account.
Detailed bill of quantities in soft copy and tender documents in hard copy will be issued up to 21st August 2026 during working hours upon written request and submission of the original treasury challan. Sealed bids for all three categories must reach the office of the undersigned on 24th August 2026: repair and maintenance bids by 11:00 am with opening at 11:30 am, drugs and medicines bids by 12:00 pm with opening at 12:30 pm, and gases bids by 1:00 pm with opening at 1:30 pm. Bids received after the stipulated closing time will not be entertained. In the event of a local holiday, the bid opening will be rescheduled to the very next working day at the same times.
