The Institute of Business Administration Karachi invites quotations for the supply and installation of 40 signages manufactured from DM Engineering Grade Prismatic Reflective Sheeting with lamination. Each signage measures 2 feet by 2.5 feet, constructed from 17 gauge galvanized iron sheet, and mounted on 8 feet high pipes of 2 inch diameter made from 14 gauge galvanized iron pipe, complete with installation. The procurement is for the IBA Main Campus located on University Road in Karachi, Sindh Province. Delivery is required to the Stores at IBA Main Campus.
Prospective bidders must conduct a mandatory site visit on Monday, 10 August 2026 at 12:00 PM at IBA Main Campus before submitting quotations. All materials are subject to final inspection upon delivery. IBA reserves the right to cancel any items if the material does not conform to specifications or if delivery is delayed. Liquidity damage will be imposed at the rate of 2% per month on delayed deliveries. Payment will be made through crossed cheque upon receipt of invoice and delivery of items. Government taxes, levies and stamp duty of 0.35% will be charged as per applicable rates.
Quotations must be submitted by 13 August 2026 at 3:00 PM to the Purchase Department at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, telephone 021-3810-4700 extension 2154. Bidders should note that the rate quoted is final with no changes permitted. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation, to issue purchase orders to multiple lowest responsive bidders for individual items, and to alter quantities or items without assigning reasons.
