Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for signage works at CF and DFA sites in the Karachi Division, Sindh Province. The project encompasses two main components: canopy fascia works and acrylic light bar installation. The canopy fascia work involves installation of existing aluminum composite material (ACM) sheets with new frame, including bending and cutting as required, fabrication and installation of mild steel structure (18 SWG 3/4-inch square pipe) with white oil paint finish, galvanized iron fascia top sheets (24 SWG), and aluminum Z and L sections, all as per PSO-approved design specifications. The quantity specified is 1,080 running feet. The second item covers provision and installation of acrylic or perspex light bars in 5mm thickness, moulded to specification with Philips or equivalent LED tube lights up to 14 watts, 3M film application by qualified converters, and a 5-year warranty, with quantities of 1,080 units. All work must comply with PSO-approved specifications and include complete electrical works with Pakistan Cables and necessary connections.
Bidders must be registered contractors capable of executing construction and signage works with demonstrated experience in similar projects. Contractors must possess valid licenses, safety certifications, and comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) standards mandated by PSO. The notice requires contractors to provide fully functional personal protective equipment (PPEs) for all workers, engage certified electricians for electrical portions, and maintain third-party certified equipment including scaffolding, safety harness, and welding plants where applicable.
