Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Military Accounts Department, CMA (LC) Lahore Cantt. invites sealed bids for supply of computer stationery and office stationery items under a closed framework agreement for the financial year 2026–27. This procurement covers a range of stationery and computer consumables including cartridges, ribbons, fanfold paper and related items required for military administrative operations. Bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax department and listed on the FBR's Active Tax Payers List (ATL). The scope covers supplies to be delivered to CMA (LC) office in Lahore Cantt., Punjab.
Eligible bidders must submit attested copies of CNIC, NTN and GST registration certificates, along with an affidavit confirming they are firm executives, not blacklisted, have no relatives serving in CMA (LC), and maintain active tax payer status. A refundable bid security of 5% of the bid value must be deposited as a Call Deposit Receipt in favour of CMA (LC) Lahore Cantt. Bids must include samples of all quoted items for quality evaluation by the Purchase Committee. Rates must be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST and Income Tax). Documents with cutting or overwriting will not be accepted.
Tender documents should reach CMA (LC) office on or before 27 August 2026 at 01:30 p.m. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 02:00 p.m., and financial bids on 02 September 2026 at 02:00 p.m. in the Conference Room, CLA (DS), Lahore Cantt. All bids remain valid until 30 June 2027. Successful suppliers must deposit a 5% performance guarantee as Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee, with delivery required within 7 working days of purchase order issuance.
