Air Layering, Lath House & Office Renovation at Olive Farm Sangbhatti

The Director, Agril: Research Planning, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar invites electronic bids under a single stage two-envelope procedure on the E-PADS platform from experienced firms for air layering and cuttings in olive plants, renovation and modification of lath houses, and renovation and modification of office structures at Olive Farm Sangbhatti, Mardan. The project is located in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and is governed by KPPRA rules and guidelines. Experienced and eligible bidders duly registered on E-PADS may participate in this procurement. A tender documents fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) must be submitted to the office of the undersigned during working hours and days from the date of tender publication. As per KPPRA rules, bidders are required to submit original 2% bid security as a CDR in favor of the undersigned of the total bid value in a sealed envelope before the closing date and time. All tender documents are available on the E-PADS system and firms must apply exclusively through the E-PADS portal. The procurement committee will first qualify firms based on stated criteria and required qualifications; those who qualify will proceed to further evaluation. Quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes, duties, and import clearance from all relevant departments and remain valid until June 30, 2027. The Procurement Committee will complete the procurement process in accordance with KPPRA rules and guidelines.
