Description / Scope of Work
The Maintenance-III (Capital Development Authority) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for repair and maintenance works of the NAB HQ Building in Islamabad under FY 2026-27. The project is issued with reference P94972 and will be procured through a Single Stage-One Envelope bidding process using Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The scope encompasses comprehensive repair and maintenance services for the National Accountability Bureau headquarters building located in Islamabad, Federal Province. Bidders must comply with all technical specifications and market rates outlined in the bidding documents, with detailed scope of work provided in the associated technical schedules.
All eligible bidders registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 may participate. Bids must be accompanied by bid security as specified in the bid security section, either in the form of a pay order or call deposit, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the format provided in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate and must submit all required procurement forms as specified in the tender documents.

Electronic bids prepared in accordance with the bidding instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Friday, October 9, 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM using EPADS v2.0.
