Tender documents are obtainable exclusively through the online EPAD portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk upon payment of non-refundable fees via purchase order. All bids must be uploaded through the EPAD platform before the first closing date of 28 August 2026 at 10:00 AM, with opening scheduled the same day at 10:30 AM at the District Council Badin office. A second attempt will occur on 16 September 2026 if required. Original CDR documentation must be physically submitted at least 30 minutes before bid opening; digital submission alone is insufficient.
