This is an open framework agreement procurement structured as a two-stage tender process to establish a panel of qualified vendors across KPK province. Scope includes but is not limited to general mechanical repairs, bodywork, diagnostics and emergency roadside assistance.

Applicants must demonstrate minimum three years of continuous operation in automotive repair, ownership or lease of workshop premises with adequate equipment and tooling, and a clean compliance record with no adverse taxation or contractual disputes. Bid security details and specific technical qualifications are defined in the Prequalification Data Sheet and Qualification Criteria sections.

NHMP seeks prequalification of auto repair workshops and suppliers for a two-year framework agreement covering transport vehicle maintenance.
This is a recurring contract with ongoing service calls rather than fixed volumes, typical of police transport fleet maintenance. The August 2026 deadline is moderately tight for documentation. Notable: framework agreements allow repeat engagement without fresh bidding, reducing proposal costs after initial prequalification. Scale appears medium to large given the federal agency scope across KPK; competition likely includes established regional workshop chains. Prequalification favors financially stable, well-equipped operators with prior government or large-fleet experience.
Who can bid: Eligible applicants must be registered under SECP (private company) or relevant provincial authority, hold active NTN, possess valid KPK business license, and typically demonstrate minimum three years continuous automotive repair operation, owned or leased workshop premises, modern equipment inventory, and absence of tax/contractual penalties. Non-resident foreign suppliers face policy restrictions per Section V.
