Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Petroleum Limited (PPL) invites sealed bids for the supply of multiple categories of equipment and appliances across its operations in Sindh. The procurement comprises eight separate tenders under references PD/IDP/PP/34259/26 through PD/IDP/PP/34267/26, covering supply of laptops for DCS and gas chromatography operations, stainless steel tube benders, walkie talkies, electrical appliances, mess and kitchen equipment, self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), gym and fitness equipment, and various appliances and electronic equipment. All bids must be submitted online through PPL's e-procurement portal at https://eprocurement.ppl.com.pk and will be opened 30 minutes after the closing date and time of 27 August 2026 at 1500 hours.
Bidders are required to submit their proposals online as per the Instructions for Bidders section contained in the tender documents. The tender documents are available on PPL's e-procurement portal. All bids must comply with the eligibility criteria and documentation requirements specified in the individual tender documents. PPL reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance. Bidders who have already submitted proposals may take them back and resubmit before the closing date.
