Description / Scope of Work
The Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad, invites sealed bids for the procurement of tyres and batteries under reference P126682 for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (ePADS v2.0) using a Single Stage-One Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. All interested bidders must be registered on ePADS v2.0 to participate in this Federal-level procurement.
All bidders are required to submit sealed bids accompanied by bid security as specified in the bidding documents. Bid security may be provided in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, Demand Draft, or an alternative bid securing declaration in the format prescribed in the bidding documents. Bidders must be eligible and registered on the ePADS v2.0 platform to participate. Those not yet registered may access the registration portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ with tutorial support available online. The procurement follows rules and regulations issued by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) from time to time.
Bids must be submitted electronically through ePADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 05, 2026 at 10:30 AM (PST). Electronic bid opening will occur on the same day at 11:00 AM (PST). Manual submission of bids is not accepted. A Grievance Redressal Committee has been notified for this procurement under Rule 48 of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, with notifications available on both the procuring agency's website and PPRA's official website at www.ppra.org.pk.
