Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Railways, Divisional Superintendent Office Sukkur, invites bids for the upgradation of Class-III (unmanned) level crossing number 48 situated at kilometre 279/10-11 between Bakrani and Larkana stations on the Dadu-Habibkot section in Sindh province. This is a single-stage, one-envelope bidding tender issued under PPRA rules, open to eligible firms and persons registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Tender documents are available for download from the ePADS electronic procurement platform at eprocure.gov.pk.
Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and the FBR's Active Taxpayers List. A bid security of Rs. 0.495 million is required, to be submitted as a pay order or call deposit from a scheduled bank drawn in favour of DAO (Divisional Accounts Officer), Pakistan Railways, Sukkur. A scanned copy of the bid security must accompany the bid submitted on ePADS. The original bid security document must be physically submitted to the office before the bid closing time.
Dully completed bids must be submitted on the ePADS platform before 11:00 hours on 31 August 2026. A hard copy of the filled tender must also be submitted to the Divisional Signal & Telecom Engineer's office, Pakistan Railways Sukkur, on the same date and time. Only bids submitted on ePADS will be opened. Bid opening will take place on 31 August 2026 at 11:30 hours in the presence of interested firm representatives.
