Description / Scope of Work
The Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids for the establishment of Pakistan Asan Khidmat Centre in Sector G-9/1, Islamabad under Phase II on EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) mode on a single stage two envelope basis as per PPRA Rule 36(b). This project is being tendered to eligible firms registered with Pakistan Engineering Council holding valid registration certificates in Category C-A (No Limit) for the financial year 2026-27. The detailed bidding documents containing comprehensive requirements, terms and conditions are available to registered bidders through the E-PADS portal at www.eprocure.gov.pk and www.ppra.org.pk.
Prospective bidders must submit a bid security amount of Rs. 45.00 million generated from their own firm's account in the form of a pay order or CDR (Cheque Drawn on Bank) payable to the DDO (Procurement and Contracts), Capital Development Authority. A scanned copy of the bid security in PDF format must be uploaded on E-PADS, with the original document to be provided on or before the bid submission deadline to the office of the Director (P&CA-I), CDA. Bidders are required to be well reputed and maintain valid professional registrations with relevant authorities.
Online bid submission through E-PADS at http://eprocure.gov.pk must occur on or before October 14, 2026 at 11:30 am; manual bids will not be accepted. Electronic bid opening will take place publicly on the same day at 12:00 pm at the office of Director (P&CA-I), Room No. 29, Block III, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad, in the presence of the Procurement Committee and authorized bidder representatives. Project-related inquiries may be directed to the office of Deputy Director (Sector Development Div-II) at Multi-purpose Ground, CDA Office, First Floor, F-6 Markaz, Islamabad, contact number 0300-9400631. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications in accordance with PPRA Rules 2004.
