Lahore Waste Management Company invites sealed offers from agents, firms and contractors for the sale of waste at rickshaws to recycling agents for a period of six months. The auction covers waste rickshaws located across all nine towns of Lahore including Allama Iqbal Town, Aziz Bhatti Town, DGBT, Gulberg Town, Nishtar Town, Ravi Town, Samnabad Town, Shalimar Town and Wahga Town. Each lot comprises one Union Council with all rickshaws waste listed against that lot to be sold to the successful agent for the full six-month contract period. The LWMC reserve prices are inclusive of all applicable taxes including 22 percent sales tax and 10 to 20 percent advance income tax depending on taxpayer status. Any individual, firm, company or contractor may participate as an agent by submitting offers for one or more lots. Employees of Lahore Waste Management Company are not eligible to participate. The required security deposit is two percent of the agent's bidding price inclusive of all applicable taxes, to be paid as specified in the auction document. Bidders must meet all eligibility criteria and submit complete documentation as outlined in the auction instructions and terms and conditions.
Sealed offers must be delivered to the General Manager (P&C) office at Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore at or before October 15, 2026 by 12:00 hours. Offers will be opened on the same day at 12:30 hours in the presence of attending agent representatives. In case of official holiday, the next working day is treated as the closing date.
