Description / Scope of Work
Sukkur IBA University invites electronic bids through the EPADS portal for the supply, installation and integration of multiple items including photocopiers, computer systems, firewalls, high jump mats with poles, furniture and fixtures, enterprise NAS storage for backup and archiving, U.2 NVMe SSDs for Sangfor HCI Cluster, and firefighting equipment for Sukkur IBA University and its sub-campuses in Sindh province. The total estimated procurement value spans multiple line items ranging from Rs 1.7 million to Rs 11 million, representing a substantial technology and facilities upgrade project for the institution.
Bidders must be eligible and experienced firms registered with income tax and sales tax departments. The bid security requirement is 2% of the estimated cost for each item, payable as a pay order, deposit at call, demand draft or bank guarantee in favour of Sukkur IBA University. Bidders are instructed to submit their best and final price as no negotiations are permitted. The procurement follows single-stage, one-envelope procedure under the SPP Rules 2010 as amended.
