Punjab Forest School Ghora Gali Murree in Murree district invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the supply of furniture items. The tender is open to all qualified bidders and allows both full and partial submissions. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes as per PPRA rules 38(2)(a). The school will evaluate bids based on technical merit before opening financial proposals of successful candidates. Bids must be accompanied by a call deposit of five percent of the total estimated price as bid security in the name of the Principal, payable via CDR.
Bidders must ensure all quoted prices include applicable taxes such as GST and income tax. The tender requires bidders to possess legitimate business registration and to have no blacklist status with any Federal or Provincial Government Department. Technical proposals should detail the firm's clientele, past project experience, and relevant resumes without price quotations. Financial proposals containing technical specifications, pricing, and delivery terms must be submitted separately. All bids must remain valid until 30 June 2027.
Bid documents are available free of cost from the Principal's office and on the PPRA website. Sealed bids must be delivered to the office of the Principal on or before 11:00 a.m. on 12 October 2026. Technical bids will be opened at 11:30 a.m. on the same date in the Principal's office. Delivery of furniture items must be completed within 20 days of supply order issuance. Failure to deliver within the stipulated period will result in liquidated damages of 2 percent per month plus forfeiture of bid security and exclusion from future tenders.
