Description / Scope of Work
Town Municipal Corporation Chanesar District East invites sealed bids through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) for providing and laying council office marble work and graffito work at TMC Chanesar, District East, Sindh. The project cost is estimated at PKR 29,96,303 and will be executed under the Single Stage-One Envelope Procedure as per SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended to date). The tender notice is issued under reference XEN/B&R/TMC/Chanesar/40/2026 dated 25 September 2026 for construction and finishing works at the municipal council office located in Goal Market SMCHS Block B near Darwashiya Masjid in Chanesar town.
Eligible bidders must hold valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above with specialization code CE01, possess current active status with FBR/SRB for income tax and sales tax compliance, and submit audited accounts from internationally affiliated audit firms showing average turnover of PKR 5 million or double the contract cost. The bid security requirement is 5 percent of the project cost in the form of a pay order, and bidders must demonstrate liquidity of 30 percent of contract value through cash in hand or credit line facilities. A minimum project team of three engineers with supporting payroll and appointment letters is mandatory, along with proof of machinery ownership or lease agreements.
Bidding documents are available for download from the EPADS website (http://portalsindh.eprocurement.gov.pk) from 25 September to 9 October 2026 during office hours 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 3,000 payable by pay order. Bids must be uploaded to the EPADS portal by 10:30 AM on 12 October 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer (B&R), TMC Chanesar. A second schedule exists for un-responded tenders with dates from 13 October to 28 October 2026. Bidders must attach rate analysis if their quoted rate differs from the 2024 schedule rate.
