Description / Scope of Work
The Directorate General Pakistan Post invites prequalification applications from eligible National Applicants for an Open Framework Agreement to supply on-demand services for pre-qualification in construction, re-reconstruction, repair and maintenance of Postal Departmental Buildings across Pakistan under reference FFW10051. The Directorate has received or intends to apply for funds from Non-ADP sources to support payments under this Framework Agreement, which will operate for a period of 24 months following execution. The framework is designed to enable efficient, call-off procurement of construction and maintenance works for postal infrastructure nationwide without requiring separate competitive bidding for each individual task order.
Only prequalified applicants are entitled to participate in subsequent procurement proceedings and to sign the Open Framework Agreement with the successful bidders. Prequalification is open to all National Applicants subject to fulfilling eligibility requirements specified in the Prequalification Documents. Applications must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Monday, October 19, 2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic opening on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. Following prequalification, Invitations to Bid are expected to be issued to prequalified applicants on Monday, November 2, 2026, and the Open Framework Agreement is anticipated to be signed with successful bidders on Monday, November 23, 2026.
