Description / Scope of Work
COMSATS University, Islamabad (Lahore Campus) invites sealed bids for procurement of materials required for establishment of an animal and postgraduate laboratory facility for the Pharmacy Department at the Lahore campus. The procurement is funded under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation and will be conducted through single-stage, one-envelope bidding using least-cost-based selection methodology in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. The project reference is P93451, and detailed specifications for all required materials are included in the comprehensive bidding documents available on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of pay order, banker's cheque, call deposit, bank guarantee, demand draft, or a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format. Eligible bidders should review the detailed eligibility criteria, evaluation methodology, and specification requirements outlined in the bidding documents before preparing their submissions.
