Description / Scope of Work
The Azad Jammu and Kashmir Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Mirpur invites sealed bids for the procurement of printing equipment and consumables under single stage single envelope procedure in compliance with Public Procurement Rules 2017. The procurement includes two copy printers, two A3 drums, two hundred units of ink, twenty master rolls, four exchange roller kits, and four pressure rollers. This tender is issued for official use at the BISE headquarters in Sector F/3 Mirpur, AJK, and represents a consolidated procurement to support the board's printing operations across secondary education administration.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms, dealers, resellers, authorized partners, or IT firms currently active on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Tax Payer List (ATL). Blacklisted firms are expressly prohibited from participation. Bidders are required to submit a bid security of 1,000,000 Pakistani Rupees in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by a Scheduled Bank, valid for 120 days from the tender opening date. Tender document cost is Rs. 2,000 non-refundable per set, payable through online challan, 1Bill Invoice, mobile payment apps including JazzCash and EasyPaisa, or HBL digital platforms.
Interested firms must submit written applications to the Secretary, AJK BISE, with proof of document fee payment to obtain bidding documents containing detailed specifications. Sealed bids must be delivered before 11:00 am on 3 September 2026, with opening scheduled for 12:30 pm the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. All prices must be inclusive of applicable taxes.
