Description / Scope of Work
The KP-HISDU, Health Department, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible and experienced contractors and firms for renovation works at the KP-HISDU site at Services Hospital, Police Lane Peshawar. The project encompasses civil, design, electrical, plumbing and associated works as specified in the Bill of Quantities and Bidding Documents, with an estimated cost of Rs 15.317 million and a completion period of 60 days. This is a single-stage, two-envelope open competitive bidding process conducted through the e-PADS portal in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-6 or above, duly registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Bid security is required at the rate of two percent of the bid value in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Guarantee issued by a scheduled bank in Pakistan in favour of the Project Director, KP-HISDU. All bid security documents must be submitted with the bidding documents and furnished to the Procuring Entity before the bid closing date and time.
Complete bidding documents including Instructions to Bidders, Conditions of Contract, Technical Specifications, Drawings and Bill of Quantities are available for download from the KPPRA website and e-PADS portal at kp.eprocure.gov.pk. The Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 8 September 2026 at 11:00 AM at PMU KP-HISDU, Services Hospital Peshawar. Bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS before the closing date of 15 September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening at 11:30 AM the same day at the 3rd floor HRD building Health Department office. Bidders are strongly advised to inspect the proposed site before bid submission to assess existing conditions, access arrangements and dimensions.
