Four separate packages of water supply operation and maintenance works across Ghiljo and Kalaya districts, valued 5-8 million rupees each.
Bidders may bid one package only. Civil works focus on routine maintenance; mechanical packages require certified in-district workshops. Key constraint: no non-operational period exceeding two days allowed; bidders must have standby pumping equipment ready. Tight three-day workshop visit notice requirement and stringent PEC/KPPRA registration requirements apply.
Who can bid: PEC registration mandatory in appropriate category (CE-09 for civil, EE-04/EE-05/EE-11/ME-07 for mechanical/electrical/solar). Active KPPRA status required. Typically, firms must hold valid NTN and be tax-registered. Mechanical works applicants need operational workshop certificate in District/Hangu. Financial soundness affidavits and water-scheme continuity guarantees required.
