Description / Scope of Work
Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) Turbat invites sealed tenders from registered firms, original manufacturers and contractors for the procurement of a comprehensive range of signals equipment. The tender encompasses secondary and dry batteries, power equipment, cable assemblies, telephone exchanges and sets, communication equipment including WiFi routers and fibre optic components, IT equipment such as HDMI cables and storage drives, miscellaneous tools and accessories, and CCTV network equipment including PTZ and fixed cameras with NVR systems. The procurement is to be executed in Turbat, Balochistan and includes items from major manufacturers such as Panasonic, TP Link, Dahua and Hikvision. Tender reference number 114-88-Pub-Eqpt/01-Sigs has been issued with a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 2000.
Eligibility is restricted to firms registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and listed on the Federal Board of Revenue Active Taxpayers List. Bidders must deposit a refundable Call Deposit Return (CDR) of Rs. 10,000 on bank draft in the name of IGFC Balochistan (South) Turbat. Each bidder must submit a non-blacklisted firm affidavit, NTN certificate, financial health assessment affidavit, last year tax return certificate vetted by FBR, six months bank statements and a copy of the owner's CNIC. Conditional bids will not be accepted and all bids must remain valid until 31 December 2026.
Tender documents containing detailed terms, conditions and technical specifications are available on payment of the tender fee from the Headquarters office in Turbat. Sealed bids comprising two separate envelopes marked Financial Proposal and Technical Proposal must be physically submitted before 10:00 am on 10 September 2026 at Headquarters Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) Turbat.
