The Institute of Business Administration (IBA), Karachi invites quotations for the supply of a complete Hockey Goalkeeper Kit under RFQ-003990. The procurement encompasses nine items essential for professional hockey goalkeeper training and competitive play, including goalkeeper shorts with hip and tailbone protection, kickers with reinforced toe protection, leg guards with high-rebound foam, blockers and catching gloves featuring high-density foam padding, arm and elbow guards with EVA foam protection, body armor with multi-layer construction, a fiberglass composite hockey stick (Matador or equivalent), and a professional safety helmet with ABS outer shell and steel grille. Delivery is required to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. The total procurement comprises one each of shorts, body armor, hockey stick, and helmet, plus one pair each of kickers, leg guards, blockers, catching gloves, and arm guards.
Bidders must submit mandatory samples of all items for quality approval prior to order confirmation. All materials are subject to final inspection at the time of delivery and must strictly conform to the specifications outlined in the quotation request. Bids are evaluated on responsiveness and compliance with technical requirements, with IBA reserving the right to accept quotations from the lowest responsive bidder or to award different items to different bidders. General Sales Tax applies to applicable items only, and Government taxes, levies, and charges will be assessed at actual rates as per SRO. A stamp duty of 0.35% on goods against the total Purchase Order value will be levied accordingly.

Quotations must be received by 31 August 2026 at 5:00 PM. Payment will be made through crossed cheque upon receipt of invoice and delivery of items. Liquidity damage at 2% per month will be imposed for delayed delivery. All quotation rates are final with no changes permitted, and advance payments require a bank guarantee.
