The National Highway Authority (NHA), Punjab West Region based in Mianwali, re-invites electronic bids for thirteen routine maintenance works contracts comprising seven works on National Highway N-130 and six works on National Highway N-135. The total estimated project value exceeds PKR 310 million, with individual contract values ranging from PKR 9.74 million to PKR 25.52 million. Works cover maintenance activities across both highways in segments from kilometer 0 to 129 on N-130 and kilometer 0 to 120 on N-135, located in Punjab West region. This is a re-invitation notice, indicating previous bidding activity.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in Category C-5 with Specialization Codes CE-01 and CE-10, hold valid Income Tax registration, and be listed as active taxpayers by the Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security deposits range from PKR 200,000 to PKR 500,000 depending on the contract value. Bidders must obtain EPADS (PPRA) registration at www.eprocure.gov.pk as manual hard-copy bids will no longer be accepted in upcoming procurements. The procurement follows a Single Stage – Two Envelopes method.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on www.ebidding.nha.gov.pk. Electronic bids must reach the NHA Mianwali office on or before September 15, 2026 before 1100 hours. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. While bidders may apply for multiple works, each qualified bidder will be awarded a maximum of two contracts based on lowest bid and demonstrated financial capacity per audit report.
