This is a re-invitation for specialized maintenance on a 1-km highway section valued at approximately PKR 16.6 million.
Requires PEC C-4+ registration with dual specialization (CE-01 & CE-10), suggesting road and bridge works expertise. The tight September 2026 deadline and mandatory EPADS registration signal NHA's shift to full e-procurement—firms without digital compliance infrastructure should prioritize registration. Re-invitation suggests previous tender was unsuccessful; evaluate technical requirements carefully.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with FBR's Active Taxpayers List, hold valid PEC registration in category C-4 or above with specialization in CE-01 (roads) and CE-10 (bridges/structures).
