Description / Scope of Work
The CMES (Navy) COMCOAST Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for sixteen (16) separate construction and repair projects located at Manora and Ormara. The extensive scope includes the construction of external services, provision of essential utilities, major repairs to various buildings, and the development of specialized naval infrastructure across multiple lots. These projects fall under the defense works category and require high-quality standards as per the technical specifications provided in the tender documents. Contractors registered with the Military Engineer Services (MES) in relevant categories and having valid PEC registration are invited to apply. Firms must also be on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) and comply with the specific eligibility criteria for each work. Interested technical experts and construction firms must submit their electronic bids via the EPADS portal on or before 11:30 AM on 14 May 2026.
