"The Capital Development Authority (CDA) in Islamabad invites electronic applications for the pre-qualification of national engineering firms and contractors for the construction of Government Officer's Residences (ICT) located in the Diplomatic Enclave. This high-profile infrastructure project requires specialized expertise in multiple disciplines, including civil works, electrical systems, and mechanical installations. Eligible contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-B or above, with specific project codes such as CE-01, CE-09, EE-01, and ME-01, among others. The procurement process is being conducted via the EPADS system to ensure transparency and efficiency in the development of these official residences.
