The Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto (SMBB) Institute of Trauma in Karachi, Sindh invites sealed tenders for the operation, running, repair, and maintenance of electrical works, HVAC systems, and building management services. The comprehensive scope includes civil works, plumbing, RO plant maintenance, and gas boiler operations across the institute's facilities for the financial years 2025-28. Additionally, the tender covers the local purchase of emergency drugs, medicines, and disposable items on a 24/7 basis for trauma centers in Karachi, Larkana, and Sukkur. Interested bidders must be registered with the FBR and Sindh Revenue Board (SRB) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Technical and financial proposals must be submitted through the EPADS portal, with original bid security delivered in a sealed envelope to the planning and procurement department by 14 May 2026."
